We work as partners with our schools achieve the very best for our pupils. We collaborate with other Trusts and work closely with the local authority as part of an integrated education system in Suffolk.
Our schools work in hubs to enhance local provision for our pupils.
The Tilian Partnership of schools became a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) on 1st August 2016
Tilian currently consists of ten schools:

We believe that each school should have its own ethos and it is important that the Head together with the School Governance Committee (SGC) make the decisions that are in the best interests for their pupils.
Our scheme of delegation is written to ensure that there is flexibility to suit the needs of each school. We believe that effective schools should have the benefits of a MAT without losing their autonomy.
Joining The Tilian Partnership of Schools
We want great schools to join us and would welcome a discussion with Heads and Governors interested in joining our MAT. If you are demonstrating the qualities of a good or outstanding school, we can give you the assurance of a MAT whilst you maintain significant autonomy with only a small financial contribution to the MAT.
